YS Brand showcases Ukrainian craftsmanship in Paris

Designer Yanis Stepanenko and co-founder Elen introduced YS Brand to the Paris fashion scene with a striking demi-couture presentation at the historic Palais Garnier. Founded in Kyiv in 2017, the brand reflects Stepanenko’s vision of reinterpreting Ukrainian cultural heritage through a modern lens, blending history, tradition, and refined craftsmanship with contemporary design. The collection presented dramatic silhouettes, rich textures, and statement pieces created for the modern luxury client while maintaining the aristocratic elegance that defines the brand’s DNA.

The presentation also showcased a powerful collaboration among Ukrainian creatives who contributed to the collection’s final vision. Accessories played a central role, with handbags by Lona Prist, footwear by Kyiv-based house Kachorovska, fine jewelry by Lobortas Jewelry House, and sculptural hats by milliner Mart Holod, along with the unwavering support of brand ambassador Monica. Together, the collaborators highlighted a new wave of contemporary Ukrainian design presented on the Paris stage.

Most recently, the house presented its work in Paris at the historic Palais Garnier causing a huge impact in the fashion industry and taking the lead as the number one couture house of Kosovo internationally.

Operating its own production facility with more than 100 skilled artisans, the brand maintains full control over its production and quality. As Fjolla Nila continues to expand globally, the house remains committed to preserving the artistry and precision that define couture.

This season, Moda Productions created a remarkable moment in Paris by welcoming 10-year-old designer Max Alexander to present his work on an international stage. The young talent joined a lineup of couture designers including Aleen Sabbagh, Fjolla Nila, and Elie Feghali, marking an extraordinary milestone in his early career.

Recognizing his creativity and passion, Moda Productions invited Max Alexander to experience the global fashion industry firsthand. With the support of founder Tracy Murray and the producer Amelie Pimont, he was given the rare opportunity to showcase his designs at the historic Palais Garnier.
