Every day Ukraine gets new evidence of horrendous crimes committed by the Russian army against the civilians
Russian military opened precision fire at a car with volunteers in Bucha.
Russia promised that it would not harm the civilian population. Instead the Ruscists (Russian fascists) have been shelling our cities and towns, hitting residential houses, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and maternity houses. To do that they use “Kalibr” and “Iskander” missiles, as well as multiple rocket launchers “Grad” and “Uragan.”
By early estimates, over 2,000 civilians have fallen victims to Russian aggression since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The occupants take civilian people hostage to use them as a living shield. They rape women and shoot down those who try to leave the combat area. These are crimes against humanity, which are already being investigated by the International Crime Court.
TSN reports such incidents.
In Bucha, Russian military opened precision fire at a car with volunteers from a tank. Maksym, Serhii, and Anastasia were trying to deliver humanitarian aid. On their way they also wanted to drop by the parents of their acquaintances to evacuate them from Bucha.
“They were shot from a tank only 50 meters away from the house. Two cars were behind them. So, actually, the buys took the blow. The father of one of the boys killed saw everything,” says the sister of one of victims.
Maksym’s sister says, as soon as the war began, he got her to a safe place and went back to Kyiv, to help other people. His friends recall that he has always been such a person.
“I run a charity foundation. We were helping orphanages together. We bought New Year’s presents and presents for St. Nicholas’s Day for the children. He often helped people. He was such a person.”
Lately together with Nastia and Serhii they were helping the army, the children, and the animals. They were planning to do much more together, but they were killed by the Russian fascists. The number of victims among the civilian population already exceeds 2,000. The occupants has been opening precision fire at civilian cars and shelling residential buildings since the first day of invasion.
The Russian invaders shoot even at those who try to flee the hell they’ve created. They take civilian people hostage. Recently the occupants took the Borodianka Pychoneurological Clinic, which had 670 people, hostage. Fortunately, the Ukrainian army has managed to free the hostages.
“For the people who remain there, the hospital staff, it is already much easier, because the situation has improved considerably, even though they are scared and have gone through huge stress,” the employees of the facility say.
In Hostomel the occupants continue to keep over 40 residents of a residential complex, including seven children, hostage. “They have no water, good, or electricity, and they cannot leave the building, because there are snipers in the windows who shoot at people,” the locals say.
A day earlier the Russian military opened precision fire at a high-rise residential building. The residents hid in a basement. Soon the war criminals, 31th Assault Combat Brigade from Ulyanovsk that entered the building, made a camp nearby.
“I called my mom at 6 am. I asked her, how are you? Very bad, she said. The military enter the apartments, they are in the corridors. The people were afraid to leave. I called her 1.5 hours later, a military man picked up the phone, he said ‘Hello’ and hung up. That was it. That was the last time I reached my mother’s phone,” the woman says.
Forty imprisoned people have not been answering their phones for more than a day. Russians take civilian population hostage to use them as a living shield later.
In Kyiv Oblast the terrorists make hostages call people who evacuate the population, including security men, and then try to kill the latter. Recently they have fired at two evacuation groups.
The Hague Court has started to investigate these crimes against humanity and criminal crimes. But our human rights activists say that Ukraine can initiate court martial of its own.
“It will not be an international criminal court, but, for example, a court martial in Kharkiv. We have suspects in crimes against humanity, namely the pilots who were shot down and catapulted in Kharkiv and Chernihiv,” the experts say.
The enemy air-raided these cities, killing 194 people in Kharkiv Oblast and 47 people in Chernihiv Oblast.
